Hi this is probably an easy one! I love my cash register and it has been working perfectly. I didn't have any trouble programming it, or so I thought. I just got a credit card machine, and now I want to use the "CH" key. But every time I press it, I get an "E" error beep. What the heck? Where did I go wrong?

i dont think you can reallocate the keys on this machine..

make sure your doing it right.. are you entering an amount after subtotal before rpressing CH or just pressing CH.. you dont need to tender the amount unless otherwise programmed that way.. just press sub then the ch button..
