cash register UP-700 after the master reset 3 I can not connect scale where in cash it is possible to look and change settings a serial port.

Hi,
Looking at the manual it appears there is only one setting that needs to be changed:
In the settings window you first need to select 13 DEVICE CONFIG
Then from the next list you need to select 13 Scale
Then you just need to change the Channel # to be the corrosponding channel number between 1 & 7. If you aren't sure of this you will need to try all 7 one at a time.
Hope this makes some kind of sense.

What scale are you connecting? There are only a few that work with this machine. Was it working before? Otherwise it is port settings that need to be programmed.
