Hi,

A friend who owns a barber shop bought a Sharp XE-A22S and asked me (resident computer nerd) to set it up. It's a small shop, with 4 barbers and half a dozen products (haircut, shave, beard, etc). Any suggestions on a simple way to set up? Should I make each barber a "clerk" and set up Departments 1 - 6 as each product? Want to minimize keystrokes at time of sale, but don't want to pre-program prices (so no PLU). Not looking for anything fancy, as it's replacing an old fashioned mechanical register that finally died.

Thanks in advance for any and all help.
Barry

That would be the simplest way to do it.
Unfortunately I can't tell you how, because that model isn't available in the UK! However the manuals, (once you get into the way of Sharpspeak) are easy enough to follow.
