hi all i'm on the scrounge
i have just had a few up-3500 units come in in a job lot and i know nothing about these so im planning on just cleaning up and selling on. but what i need to know is how can i factory reset them. i've tried the reset switch and i get the options of program reset and master reset. when pressing master reset they ask for mrs pass is this a master inbuilt password if so does anyone know what the code is please

Just press the Program Reset button
When the 3 fields appear
SERIAL NO
EXPIRATION DATE
CURRENT DATE
Press CANCEL
then press ok
That's not what I needed I needed to do a full reset. However I have had a chat with a nearby dealer who helped out. If anyone else needed to know to do a complete factory reset on these the mrs pass is 13974682
