How can I get the till drawer to open, when CASH is pressed, without having a receipt printed.
Our customers don't need receipts, but when I turn receipt printing off, the cash drawer wont open!!
Is this an SPS2000 clanger or is there a way round it. It can do everything else!!

does your cash drawer connect to the register or the printer?

if its an rj11 connector then it goes in the back of the till

sorted. thanks. You'd think the company that sold me and installed the gear would know this. But they said it couldn't be done!
