SPS-500 PC Utility - data transfer issue

We have 3 SPS-530FTs
Each are assigned an Ethernet IP
I can pull data down from them but can't push from the PC back to the registers.
any thoughts?

this is going to sound crazy - but separate them and turn off network options in system options but leave the pc connection set to ethernet, make them all till #1 then try to communicate.
