Hi,

I have a problem with Samsung ER 4615 which I haven't been using for about 2 years.
It seems working fine but its Date/Time. When I set it, it does show the correct date/time on the receipt. But this date/time on ER 4615 always goes faster than actual, and it gets out of sync after a few hours.

Can anyone help? Thanks.

saw this a long time ago on an aster fr2000 - it was corrosion from the battery affecting the timing values for the rtc chip
i'd start with changing the battery and cleaning the logic board

Thanks for your reply. Let me try my local support to replace the battery. I will update the post how it goes.
