I run a soft check system on two linked Sam 4 SPS-530FT cash registers.
The "receipt" function key only prints the most recent receipt or item that has printed out of the machine so if I have an order that's three orders ago it doesn't allow me to print a copy.
The consecutive number and electronic journal will do a reprint but it doesn't include any of the post or Preamble messages and so it doesn't look like a receipt.
Is there a way to:
1.) add pre and post messages to the electronic journal ?
2.) or a different method of reprinting an older receipt so that it's basically a copy of the completed check?
I have a similar sort of problem with the Sam4s ER-180U.
From the "Print Option Table - Address 5 - Issue a second receipt for the same transaction" the default value seems to be "Yes = 1"
I am presuming my register is set to the default. However I can't figure out how to actually issue/print that duplicate receipt.
