Price change - tier keys (SPS-530)

I can do a price change for any of my base Tier 1 level Keys including my touch screens.

I have 12 modifier keys where you hit it for the main key and it keys a small but you have to hit the modifier medium, large, extra large key first then the second key to jump up to the next tier.

 a manual price change where you type the price and then touch the PLU 

NOR

the price change function key will work.

Both methods mentioned above work for the small on the main keyboard, but when I try to jump to the tier two, three, or four, it errors.
