Up until a few days ago, my journal was printing as expected. It now no longer prints. The roll turns, as if printing, but nothing is printed. Anyone know why? Thanks.

try turning the roll over in the clamshell so that the paper is fed from the bottom of the rol
l not the top

tried turning the roller over with no success.

Have you definitely got a thermal roll in there? If you have a normal 57mm paper roll, it wont print

Not likely as all rolls are in the same box. It was printing fine, then just stopped. I will check on the paper though.
