most of my function keys are inactive if i follow manual p115 and 119 to cancel a sale
70 sub 0 cancel cash
should that make the cancel key work i still get inactive i cant see anywhere on the pc utility
on how to change the function keys to active
also i cannot find in the manual how to make a refund function key
is there a manual for programming in the service mode that has more answers?:

Refund Key Addition
S - Mode
70 Subtotal 180 {free function key position} Cash
Maybe the cancel key is not a cancel key try :-
S - Mode
70 Subtotal 140 Cancel Cash
then
PGM Mode
70 Subtotal 0 Cancel Cash
