Unsure keystrokes in order to use program 70 for %1-%5 Key Options

The breakdown seems confusing to me and I don't get where you are supposed to put in the Sum value that you come up with for the addresses to get the options that you want. A little more clarification on keystrokes would be much appreciated if anyone has any clue.
