how do i add a new clerk on er5200... theirs 8 clerks all ready on but i want to add 2 more..

The only way to do that is to wipe the ER5200 back to it's factory defaults, this means you will need to program the whole machine back up again from scratch.

BEFORE YOU GIVE UP ON THIS, LOOK AT THE MEMORY ALLOCATION AND CHECK HOW MANY ARE OPEN IN MEMORY. - IT MAY BE THAT THE BUTTONS ARE JUST NOT ALLOCATED TO THE KEYBOARD.
