Evening everyone,
We have now seemed to rectify the problem with the Kitchen Printer but for some reason the two tills seems to go out of sync.
So on the FOH till the table plan shows the tables as clear but the Bar till has open tables.
At present we don't have a UPS installed, could this be causing the problems with the Till systems?

The till system is an FEC, I think it's a MP 3435 running IRC Touch.
The system is made up of:
Front of House - 1x FEC POS with a cash draw and printer
Bar - 1x FEC POS with a cash draw and printer
Kitchen - 1 Thermal Printer
Each unit is connected by an Ethernet cable connected to a Cisco 5 port switch with a link to a BT internet router for remote connection.
For some reason the Bar till keeps going out of sync with the master till "Front of House".
I've now changed the Ethernet cables that were of the crimped type with molded cables just in case there was a loose wire.
