Dear,

I have a Quorion QMP 3396, I had a backup file form earlier settings I used my PC to restore it to the QMP 3396.
But after this the unit stoped work as it should.

I can reach the web interface, ping the unit, but as soon the unit are up and running evertything are locked, it's not possible to push any key on the cashier at all.
I can't connect to the unit via Qprog, is there any way I can make a factory default of the unit?
