Problem with ICRTouch and Checkout XN750

Hello,

My name is Joe and i recently joined.

I'm having a problem with one of the Tills we use. The till is a checkout nx750 and its running
ICRTouch.

The system keeps crashing constantly, out of 3 transactions maybe one goes through with success. We keep getting the following message when it crashes...

boxes32.exe as encountered a problem and needs to shutdown.
App Name Boxex32.exe
App Version 2.5.2.9

You then have looks like a system error dump.

The till need rebooted before it can be used again and then after a while it does it again.

Anyone have any ideas?

On a machine of that age I would be looking to you having a hard drive problem, it would be best to speak to your local dealer with a view to having it replaced.

you could check the cpu fan too hun, when they clog they normally cause machines to lock up but it's something you can easily do yourself.
