I really need help programming this register for my boss!!! I'd be very grateful if someone could help me! 
So here's my first issue (one of many):
I can't figure out how to re-program the 3-line logo. Some of the letters will change but others won't?! 
So can anybody help me??
Make and model would be a good way to start lol
Haha yeah I guess that would help(duh, sorry)....It's an OMRON RS 3010.
And it's very picky....It'll work sometimes and other times it'll freeze....It's not helpful when you don't know what you're doing in the first place, lol.
So here's my question: For some reason when I put in my 3-line logo, the words "thank you" now looks like "hank you" and "charge" looks like "cjarge" and "total" looks like "*^tal" ? Can I change this back to normal in any way??
