Hi can anyone help me
I have a corrupt table on my easy2touch system it will not allow me close down the till as it says I have open checks yet when I try to open the table it says ticket empty

Don't know easy2touch, but it sounds like a table is open but with no items on it. You'll need to go through each table and cash it off even although it looks like it's empty. Normally it's when someone adds something to a table then takes it off. To the program the table is still active.

Thanks for the response but it won't allow me to open table up to cash off you press the table number and it just says ticket empty I've tried adding an item to it so I can then cash off but it won't let me do that either -
