Totally understand Rob!!! I bought the tills on a 3 year deal which ends in March, I presume my support will end when that happens?? How do I go about setting up a support package with someone, sorry for all questions!!!!

Couldn't agree with Rob more. If you've got a dealer then use them, that's what they're being paid for.

If your support ends in March then so will TOW. It costs monthly from ICR, so your dealer will likely just cut it off.

Talk to them, they can advise you far better than we can. You bought the system from them, so give them the chance.
