Hi All, can anyone tell me how to use the tills in training mode, do I set up a clerk no as training??

Yes, set the flag on one of your clerks to Training Mode.

The flag on the clerk is "is trainee "
The print outs will have *******'s on them.
There are some other settings but that should do you.

While I'm on, i'd love to set up TOW to do stock taking, but unsure how to set up the current PLU's for stock purposes, ie unit size and things like that, I'm a pub so lots of drink PLU's. Would love to use system to full extent, delivery's and doing line checks.
Any help would be much appreciated
