Hi all - I have a couple of questions. I am running an old ICR Touch system (2009 version 3.547) with two tills and a kitchen printer. Is there a way of outputting the kitchen tickets to a screen (in the kitchen) rather than the printer?
The second question is unrelated - the logo shown on my receipts I think is stored on the printer itself (BTP-200NP), how do I go about changing it?

I don't think you could ever run a Kitchen Video system on a version that old, and you certainly can't run the current KV system on it.
If the logo is actually stored on your printer then look for a manual for the printer. TouchPoint usually sends the logo down to the printer each time it needs to, look for a logo.rsc file in your ICRTouch folder. If it's doing it that way then you'll need the converter tool to build a new one.
