ICR Touch and End of Day issue

Recently bought an ICRTouch system which is setup for membership loyalty cards as well. I am having a weird issue that the vendor is looking into but cant seem to pinpoint.

Basically we have members cards setup to discount any sale made and members can add cash to their card for payment to be taken. Members have the opportunity to either pay by their loyalty card or via cash. Here lies the problem.

When the end of day X's and Z's are taken

Cash in drawer sales total and members card sales totals when added together DONT match up to the figure that we have actually sold and therefore we are generally "UP" on the sales figures presented.

Anyone got any ideas at all as to why this might happen. The vendor took away a backup of the ICRTouch system but as yet haven't been able to pinpoint the cause. It's so frustrating as we basically cant trust the new machine.

Any help or experience of this would be appreciated.

Which specific figures do you mean, whay exactly does it say on the report?

How many machines do you have,if more than one are you looking at a consolidated report of all the machines?

Are customers paying money onto the card at the point of sale?
