How do I get rid of the [] symbol

Hi

I have TouchPoint 2017 and the £ symbol comes up correctly when its sold as an item but when I use it for description it comes up as a square?

Any ideas on how to resolve this?

How did you upgrade to 2017? Have you set the currency symbol in PGM2?

Hi Simon

PGM2 is set to £ GBP.

I updated via Programme 5, and then click the update file which is within the ICR Folder.

2017 software included a major change to the UTF coding that is used for characters within the software. Sounds like your skin may have something that's not compatible.

Go into PGM 5, and type 'prog' in the field before <ENTER> to update that part of it
