Club Membership Subscriptions

Hi Everyone!

I've taken over as the treasurer of my local club and I'm trying to kicking it's IT into the 2020's (from the 90's it appears!).

I'm looking at the web based till system - amazing piece of software I must say!  Sadly, this was NEVER used by my predecesor in anyway way, shape or form...

Anyway, I've just now been informed that our subscription's secretary has nowreigned, and guess what?  She to did everything 'manually'.

My question is how simply would it be to add a key to our existing system for our staff to press, and how would I 'program' it so that the member's expiry date is advanced another year?
