User manuaL and general helpl ts700

I have a bleep ts700 epos system & I'm not sure if I am doing something basic wrong but I can't seem to hold orders to go back to or print these held orders before they are cashed off! Is there anyone who can help with this issue?
Alternatively is there a user manual out there? the guide I have only seems to explain how to program rather than use the till.
Do I need to go direct to bleep or us there a cheaper/free solution
Finally I'm looking for the back office software, any help would be greatly appreciated
