I believe the sps2000 cabinet isn't really designed with circular dents in it - that's where its been prodded with 10ft barge poles!! 
its a hideous machine with both hard and software "issues"
id choose an abacus and a cardboard box for the cash over that little devil 
That's settled then. It sounds like either the Sharp or the Uniwell for us.Thanks for the replies.
At least we won't be adding to the little pile of unsellable junk accumulated over the years.

Simon you were right on the money about the Uniwell ax03000.
We just installed one and it was one of the easiest programs I have ever set up. Features are great as well.
I'm definitely going to be selling more of these.
