Hi,
I can not print anything on Z it says "HOLD ONPERATION ERROR".
I know one of my staff before press the hold button which we usually never use.
After this , we couldn't do anything with the till.
It always appear "CLERK ID".
I manage ( i don't really know how) to get rid of this and we could operate again.

But unfortunatly now every time at the end of the day, when I want to print the daily taken.

I can not, it's very ennoying! and lB

PLease help.
