hi

i printed all names under guests , clerks , cashiers and they are correct
but still have 3 wrong names on the z reports ??

i printed off the flags and no:- 5 reads
00 00000000

Try entering 10000 for flag 5 to stop NRGT printing.

What section of the report do the names appear under?

will try changing flag 5 asap

the z1 and z2 reports give you the totals first and then individual user breakdown

ie if i press clerk id button "a" the name in the screen is "dale" and if the transaction is £2 then ok
when i print off the z1 or 2 reports the totals are right including the £2 but on the breakdown if "dale" was
the only user it should show "dale's" takings ie £2 but the name comes up as "tanya" old user for button "a"

I guess you are using the hard buttons which are off the keyboard (A -P) and not a button on the main keyboard.
A-P can only be set up as cashiers or guests.
Are you sure you checked the guest names and not just the numbers?

yes the hard buttons a-p

i have checked the guest names and they are correct
the guest numbers are still 1-10 so think they have not been touched

also how do i change flag 5 can't find instructions
and you said 10000 so do i change it to 00010000 ?
