hi
i have a geller mp-2 flat keyboard model and need some help please with the z1 + z2 reports
the z1 report has a nrgt figure is there anyway to reset that ammount ?
the z2 report has a ck paid figure is there anyway to reset that ?
also i have a clerk button setup and works ok but when i print either the z1 or z2 reports the
transaction are under an old name not sure why 
any help would be much appriecated

Depending on version of Mp2 you should be able to make NRGT not print.
Try main flag 5 and set bit 5 to zero (if already set to zero try setting to 1)
The other figure should clear when Z2 is printed. It is to do with table or guest payment.
For the clerks, it is possible that the register is set to use guests instead of clerks. Look at the guest names. Either that or cashiers.

not sure how to get into flag settings can you advise please
also i have a computer link to the till and it runs superstock software old i know but it works !
it controls everything from pricing through to names i have checked the guests , cashier and clerk names and they seem
to be correct and when i update the till it says it rec'd it ok but still there are 3 out of 10 wrong names on the reports
do you know if how to access these names through the till itself
i have limited knowledge but am willing to try

Guests cannot be accessed via superstock.
You should get to them under P1 as you would clerks. Just keep inputting after clerk and you should find the names.
The flags are under P2.
Print out flag settings ( STRT - SEL - INPUT - PRINT) and let me know setting for 5th flag.
PM me If you don't know where these buttons are positioned on keyboard and I will send a map (or you might find in manual)
Is yours a flat or raised button keyboard?

i have printed off prog map and will goto the till now to try
