Hi

I am new to POS's and I am having trouble setting up my EPSON TM-T70 printer in Fidelity GPoS. The printer works fine in Windows on the Epson serial port it created during setup. I can’t seem to link the printer in GPoS.

Help PLEASE!!!

I DONT KNOW - NOR PRETEND TO KNOW THE GPOS SOFTWARE BUT CHECK THE BAUD RATE SETTING IN THE TILL SWOFTWARE AND THE PRINTER MATCH.[ASSUMING ITS A SERIAL PRINTER - NOT PARALLEL/USB?

Do you have Gpos set to print to a windows printer or do you have it printing direct to the serial port?
