Bartender Fidelity TCP

Hello,

I am trying to print labels from the label queue in fidelity total control premier to bartender. The error message I am getting is:

Error PrintBT Index was out of range. Must be non-negative and less than the size of the collection. Parameter name: index.

How should I go ahead and fix this?
