Hi Guys,

Totally new at this and this system but we have two tills next to each other which each have got about 15 tables which say the balance is busy on one device but not the other.

I read a similar thread on here but it didn't not help me.

Does anyone have any clue?

I cannot log into the table and the reset balance button does nothing!
