Does anyone have a copy of V10 we have V8.8 but our dealer has closed

I think you would be best off speaking directly to CES to suggest a dealer local to you.

My understanding is thhat the licensing system has completely changed in v10 and you can't simply upgrade a v8 license yourself. You would need either CES or one of their resellers to arrange an upgrade licese code in order for you to be able to use the latest version.
