TK7500 assign PLU's to groups

Hi, can anyone point me in the right direction on how to assign PLU's to groups?

For example, I want all the draught beers to be in a group, wines, snacks etc. the groups are all set up and named, just need to assign the PLU's to them.

Trawled the Internet and the manual is all but useless.
