Hi we are a small shop in New Zealand and have just got a new Casio SR S500 and are about to get card processing and need to program the Casio to interface with the card terminal

i cant find anything online or in the menus about this and the ecr setting tool software does not seem to have anything about this
does anyone have a dealer manual or is able to help with this that would be amazing

I don't know how it is over there, but I'm fairly sure that you will have to get a dealer involved in this. Setting up card machine integration is not something that an end user is normally able to do themselves.
