hi i hope someone can help me. iv got a casio TE-2400. some of my already scanned in items are not scanning.when i scan it.it says new item enter price but does not add it.any help plz.thanks

Do you have to enter a price and department every time you scan it?

it ask for the price but when i try to add the the price and department it will not add it.it just beeps out
