Hello all,
I was trying to add some groups on my QT-6000 the other day when suddenly my manager key stopped working. the MENU key to get into the PGM selection screen is now gone and i'm unable to print Z-Reports. I did some reading and found out that resetting the machine will work but as we've spent 4 days programming the casio I would prefer another option.
I will gladly donate to the person who provides me the best solution!

are you programming on the till or with the cv33 software? If you're using the software, just go on and add a new menu button and download the updated keyboard to the till, easy peasy 
i've posted links to download all the casio software somewhere on here
