HI i have a casio tk2700 that wont let me in done all the useuall things ffffff sub 00000000 etc it show - - - - on top line acn any one pleses help thanks

Sounds like possibly the program is corrupt?

Try a complete clear

Key to off
Hold down Journal feed
Turn key to PGM
let your finger off Journal feed

Display should show 0000000000

Enter 10801 or 10811 if you want clerk interrupt

press subtotal

after about 10 seconds the machine should do something!!
