Hi there
I hope someone can help.
I purchased a Casio TE2400 and need to connect to external printer Casio UP360. I am using CV22 to set up and transmit IO parameters. When sending I receive this error message from the ECR
Auto PGM
Com 1 0998
Error end
2021

When trying to print order to printer the cash register shows error 0061 printer error and prints to the R/J printer (set as the backup printer for the food order).
Anyone knows what to do ???
