We have the X,Z, and P keys but not the key that goes past the P point..is there any way that we can cut one of the keys so that it will work? Or do you have a picture of the key that you are talking ...

oh it turns out that my dad tried to change the backup battery and it still was dead. The journal feed button wouldn't work either. everything was frozen.

ummm... can't say for sure anymore since it is now dead. It won't turn on or anything. it beeped once more this morning and then blipped out. blank. is there a back up battery that i need to change?
