Multiple post tapatalk was not showing images

Our kitchen printer ribbon ran out we bought another but now the printer prints only half width of the order with no ribbon in the print head goes all the way over but only marks half any ideas

Hi tried that when I turn the s key to z reports then one click further and press 1 clerk it beeps and goes no further the 1 and clerk works for z1 hope this explains it correctly cheers keith

I assume that you've been using the Z1 reports on a daily basis to track sales? If so then just use the Z2 reports on a monthly basis yes that is correct but when I type in 1 clerk I can't get sign...

You need to play around with flag 60 and bits E, F and G. This controls the spacing on the serial printers. Try bit G as a YES. Spot on all ok bit g cheers Keith
