Hi,

The only thing you can do is make a note of the grand total, then do a massive refund for that amount and cash it off. Then if you do your Z reports to clear it all down again you will have a grand total of zero.

I have NO PROBLEM in a donation ,

I have asked a few questions, and so far been happy with the response .

Once I have got the problems sorted I will be glad to make a donation .

I beleive people like you deserve to get some kind of reward, as a lot of your members like me can not afford the cost to get engineers in to sort out a (little problem to them) big problem to us .

I knew very little about programming untill I came across your site, but after reading past posts, I now feel that I am more confident with the tills I have .

Administrators and fellow members should keep up the work to help each other .
