I have a customer that is getting warning 77 and 78 for no apparent reason. I can't seem to find out what these warnings are for. Can anyone help?

It is a PX-6700 (05 version)

Are you 100% certain it's a PX6700 - 05 because there is no Warning Message 77 or 78 on that model, it only goes upto 76?
Have you seen the message yourself or is this being reported by your customer?

I'm sure. I've seen the warn messages in person. I'm asking because I could not find them in the manual. I get the 77 when the registers are turned on.
