I have been trying all day to change item names without success. Having looked on here for help and guidance as, as my previous instrutions failed I did a factory re-set.
It now won't let me do anything!!
I cannot programme names to the PLU numbers and I cannot even sign on as Clerk for a no sale -
I really need help as this till is to be back in full use by Tuesday
