Hi Guys
My Uniwell ran into some problems yesterday.
During a sale, the cash register just froze up, no error messages.
When i switch it of and on, the printer head moves but nothing else can be done. Prints nothing
Pressing any of the keys makes no difference. when scanning, it just beeps when a barcode is scanned.
Any ideas please???
Can i reset the machine without losing all my stored items, and if so how?
Please help guys, its month-end and im stuck 🙁
Hi,
This is a common problem with the UX43, usually a good print clean out does the trick.
Ensure that all paper is removed from the printer unit (specially under the rollers) and make sure you remove all trace of piece of paper inbetween. Use a brush and clean the printer area as much as possible then perform initial reset.
