You can (If the till is set up for ethernet communication) simply FTP onto the till to get a backup of the program, alternatively - if the EPROM version is an 03 type, you can use PLM2000, however this won't work for any machines with UK7 or 06 firmware - you can check this by going to PGM mode and typing 9902 - or on recent(ish) versions, pressing the LOCATION button on the till whilst there is no clerk logged on.
