one says setup required they have been unplugged can anyone help
Hi,
That's not good, it means that the cash register has lost all of it's programming. Is the 2nd machine still in good working order? Are the 2 machines connected / cabled or do you have a cable to connect them together?
In order to fix this problem you will need to know your engineer code to get into the programming menu, do you know that code?

they were connected together in the pub when i left i left printer and cable no eginener code cheers

I've private messaged you a little onfo on getting your engineer code.
With the key in the SP position on the one that says setup required, what happens when you press the number keys? Do the actually appear on the screen as you press them or do they appear as *'s?
