Hello,

I'd love to help but unfortunately am nowhere near Kent :(

Just looking back over your post though things may not be quite as bad as you think :D

1. Cash Drawer - Most standard cash drawers tend to use the pins to fire so I would be surprised if we cannot get this working. when you say it only has 3 pins and the till has 4, do you mean the actual connector is different? or are you saying the connectors are the same but it only has 3 coloured wires inside it? (If you are unsure maybe you could send a picture of them?)

2. Kitchen Printer - how was this actually cabled up and what exactly has been cut? Is it just the cabling between the 2 devices that is damaged inwhich case you could rejoin it, or is the actual connector damaged? is there any chance of a picture if it's hard to explain in a reply?

3. Programming - this can be quite long winded I wont lie, but with a little guidance it's nothing you won't be able to do yourself, it's just a case of knowing the best way to tackle it which I'm sure I could help with.

dont panic, you can sort this. ;)
