Uniwell to 822 printing half order

It might well be the print plate slipped. They are a dog to get to - you have to remove the bottom case, remove the controller PCB, remove all the cables to the print mechanism, remove the main plate, then remove the print mechanism, check the two screws that hold the plate in place, adjust if necessary, put it all back together and test, then repeat if you have made it too tight to the print head or if it didn't work right.

The problem is that there is no real option for something else to use on the old RS485 IRC networks.

Stripped it down it all looks ok anybody fix these things ? Cheers keith

Yeah, we do - if you want to ship it we can have a look for you, but it's not going to be cheap if you need to replace the print mechanism - almost better to buy a second-hand TP-822 instead.

Looks a lot like a split flexiconnector problem. Classic symptoms.
