Hi,
Can anyone help me with my till. We opened one day about a month ago and the till had frozen and was completely unresponsive. We tried resetting the till by holding the 3 * buttons and turning it off. From there it has remained powerless. It didn't power back up and we can't find the problem. The fuse in the plug has been changed and that seems to be fine. Can someone PLEASE help as the old till we have replaced it with for the time being is driving us all insane

These tills did have a habit of not coming back on when they were switched off and back on quickly by the power switch.
I found that leaving the power switch on but unplugging the till from the power for 10 mins and then plugging back in would generally kick it back to life.
If still nothing then the most likely issue is the connections on the power switch inside, one simple test to rule this out would be to unplug it, disconnect the switch completely from the mainboard and short the 2 connectors together with wire instead, if it then powers on ok you know the switch is faulty.
